Our Investment Philosophy at ATP Ventures


We don’t believe in chasing hype.


At ATP Ventures, we invest in real operators building real businesses — in fitness, health, recovery, nutrition, and performance. We’ve sat where you sit. We’ve built profitable gyms. We’ve launched new markets. We’ve made the tough hires, fixed the bad pricing models, and gone from $0 to cash flow positive.


So when we back a founder, we look deeper than the pitch deck.


Here’s what matters to us:


1. Founder–Market Fit

We back founders with domain obsession. We want to know: are you solving a problem you’ve lived? Do you have insights that only come from experience? Have you coached, trained, recovered, or built something in this space before?


2. Real Traction, Even if Early

We love early-stage. But we need to see something. Revenue. Community engagement. Waitlists. Repeat usage. Great founders do more with less — and show they can get strangers to care.


3. A Clear Distribution Edge

You can build the best product in the world, but if no one sees it, it dies. We look for brands with a plan: for content, partnerships, owned channels, sales strategy. And if that’s not fully built yet — we help you build it.


4. Cultural & Mission Alignment

We don’t invest in everything. We invest in brands that believe performance matters. That believe movement, recovery, nutrition, and accountability create better humans. We don’t care if you’re a supplement brand, a digital platform, or a next-gen studio model — as long as you care deeply about the people you serve.


When we invest $50–$150K, we don’t just write a check. We open our playbook, our platforms, our communities, and our network.
